Fall 2025:
Orlando Trip
Ad Society spent three days in Orlando during the fall semester of 2025 exploring a variety of agencies and creative workplaces to give members firsthand exposure to the advertising industry. The trip featured a mix of in-house teams, full-service agencies, production studios, and brand-side marketing departments. Across seven visits, students learned about strategic planning, creative development, audio and video production, brand management, and the day-to-day operations that bring campaigns to life.
Day 1 -
Push Button Creative Audio
The trip began at Push Button Creative Audio, where members learned about the role of sound in advertising–from scriptwriting and voiceover direction to mixing and final production. Students even had the opportunity to record a radio spot, gaining hands-on experience with audio storytelling.
4Rivers Corporate Office (In-House Agency)
We then stepped inside 4 Rivers Smokehouse’s in-house marketing office for an immersive look at how this brand blends creativity, culture, and strategy. Students learned how the team crafts campaigns that build the brand’s story and live up to its reputation while also coming across as authentic.
&Barr
To start off day two, we toured &Barr to get an inside look at life inside a full-service advertising agency, exploring how creative strategy, collaboration, and big ideas come together to build impactful campaigns. Our members heard directly from industry professionals about agency culture, client work, and the fast-paced, team-driven environment that turns insights into bold, memorable advertising.
Appleton Creative
We continued the second day by visiting Appleton Creative to learn how advertising can make a meaningful local impact. The team shared how they bring purpose-driven storytelling to life through campaigns for local businesses and nonprofit organizations, showing students how creativity can be used to support and help communities.
Evok Advertising
The last day of the trip began with a visit to Evok advertising to explore how strategic creativity can drive real-world change through public health campaigns. Students learned how the agency tackles complex, sensitive topics with empathy and insight, using research-driven strategy and thoughtful storytelling to inform, influence, and improve communities across Florida and beyond.
The last visit of the day was to the PUSH agency, where we gained insight into how strong brand identities are built from the ground up. The team shared how they help notable clients define their voice, sharpen their strategy, and shape brands that stand out in competitive markets, giving students a firsthand look at the creative and strategic thinking behind impactful brand-building.

Orlando Magic
The trip wrapped up with a group outing to an Orlando Magic game, where Ad Society members also had the opportunity to speak with the NBA team’s sales and marketing professionals. It was an exciting and fitting end to the experience, blending behind-the-scenes industry insight with team bonding and a memorable evening in Orlando.
